We will e-mail you with the amount due for your initial rent payment. You may pay this either by PayPal/credit card (we will send you an invoice with a link to do so),

We will only deposit your check if the dates are still available when your check arrives.
If you select Request Reservation you will be asked to secure your reservation by submitting credit card information on the next page.
If you select Skip Credit card details Page an e-mail will be sent to you with a link to the credit card details page to complete later. If you complete this form later, you will lose the option to auto-fill your billing information from the contact information you provided above.
We will hold your requested dates, if available, for up to seven days until the information and initial payment required to confirm the reservation are submitted.
Your reservation will not be confirmed until you complete the credit card details page and your initial payment has been paid. We hold your credit card information on our secure server for security purposes (outstanding amounts owed after the stay, for example), and will not use your card to process your initial rent or damage deposit charges. These would be charged by you using PayPal.
